Abstract Submission

  • Abstracts should be sent before September 7 to the secretariat using the following template.
  • The preference for poster or oral communication should be stated in the email.

    • Oral communication

  • The official language of the congress is English.
  • Invited speakers should prepare presentations for no longer than 30 minutes.
  • The other oral communications should not excede 10 minutes + 5 minutes for questions.

    • Posters

  • The size should be not larger than A1.
